McCann Property Maintenance was founded by Braden McCann, with the help and support of his wife, Kailey. What started as a side hustle as two teenagers in highschool—just a few tools and weekend jobs—quickly gained momentum.

After welcoming their twin baby girls in 2023, Braden and Kailey were inspired to grow the business into something more. In 2025, they made the decision to invest in the future of McCann Property Maintenance, not just for their family—but for the families they serve.
